Private 1:1 sessions
Unlike group classes, private 1:1 sessions are built around your specific goals and personal needs.
Private 1:1 sessions are a great way to deepen your practice, deal with issues in your own body and recover from your specific lifestyle and sports training.
Every sport has its own set of movement patterns which you repeat again and again. Over time these movement patterns cause adaptations in the body which limit your movement and lead to pain, discomfort and injury.
Private session are a great way to work with imbalances, They're a great way to improve quickly as session are built around you.
After an initial phone call where we will discuss your needs, the sessions will be booked around your schedule at a location convenient to you. If we are not able to hold the sessions at your home/work I will book a venue at no extra cost.
