I understand it can be intimidating to join something new, especially when you don't know anyone and aren't really sure of what you're doing.
It can be scary to join a new yoga or exercise class if you haven't done anything for a while.
I'm here to help you. This is why I've made this class for beginners.
Our Monday morning class is full of Mums and Dads looking to get in shape, improve their health and feel better.
There isn't a super flexible yogi among us.
We take our time, we don't try to bend ourselves into pretzel shapes. We use simple yet effective stretches and exercises to help you feel great!
Now more than ever it's important to carve some time dedicated to yourself where you prioritise your physical and mental health.
So why not set aside Monday mornings after the school run to dedicate some time to yourself?
